There's definitely some pine, not getting any sandalwood. Regardless, it isn't a strong scent and that's how it should be. The tin is almost exactly the size of a snuff can. Expensive. But you don't really use much of it at one time.

For reference, my hair is short—slightly longer than a typical military regulation cut—so this review reflects how it performs on shorter styles.
